I have over 9 years of experience in Branding, advertising and marketing across Industries and organizations such as OML, DBS bank, IDFC and extensively on brands such as Bacardi global, Swiggy India, and Reliance. Previously Co-founded SafeDays, a mood prediction bot for women.
I joined team Cropbytes as a farmer back in 2020 and there’s been no loooking back, we are a great team with the potential and the vision to change the face of crypto Gaming, with our economy based game metaverse.

Q1: According to the website, CropBytes is leading the crypto gaming “revolution” with a beautifully crafted gaming economy. So, Q1. what is the important role of CropBytes for the crypto gaming revolution?Q2. How do I use my crypto power to play and make money in your virtual world?
Sheryl | Will never DM first: The Crypto market is currently running on hype. In contrast to this our vision is to build an evolving game that lasts forever and grows with time. Over the last 3 years,we have carefully crafted the game’s economics, assets and tokens to make them future-proof. We have focused over the years to build a solid product with organic outreach and building a solid community. Therefore CropBytes aims to be valuable to players in the long term.
Unlike traditional mining, in CropBytes, players can mine CBX token simply by playing the game and participating in quests and activities in the metaverse. The more progress they make, the more CBX they will be able to unlock and grow their crypto farms.
Q2: What mechanisms do the game possesses especially in terms of farming? How do we manipulate it? Do we need to buy something in order to play it, and is there existing tutorial about it? Can you please enlighten out questions so that we can easily participate?

The in-game market is 100% owned and run by players. We used to conduct farm boost activities to balance out highly inflationary and deflationary markets. But once we go on chain after the launch this will be done by codes. Truly decentralised and high transparency
Q3: Do the NFTs that we find in your game really have different characteristics than the NFT characters in other games? but then why do they point out that in Cropbytes “we will find NFT that will generate many more rewards”?
kev: CropBytes features superheroes that were available to purchase by burning in-game currency. With the upcoming NFT marketplace which is planned in Q1, 2022, these will be rare NFTs available for trading. There are multiple generations of Superheroes that the farmers are breeding already.
Superheros hold intrinsic value in the game. The first generation of Superheroes provides utility on the farm. Some of them boost the farm’s output, whereas others automate the farm. This is why they are held in high regard by the farmers. Those who own these superheroes are also breeding the next generation of Superheroes which will have their unique abilities and will also be used for PVP battles which we can see by early 2022.
Q4: Is CropBytes System offering content providers on the CropBytes platform? Could you provide them a prize if they keeping the website relevant and gain a lot of followers? Is Cropbytes Platform able to provide this service?
Sheryl | Will never DM first: We worked around the strength of our community and have a special program that runs for our players called the CB Army with over 700 sign-ups. These are players who love to spread the word about CropBytes, create content and lead the conversations on different channels. The CB Army is self governed and each group is unique. Q5: CropBytes has been around since 2018, long way before Blockchain games were popular. So, can you tell us more about how your journey has been this past 3 years and what have you learn from own experience and newly popular games to offer a better, renewed experienced to players?
Sheryl | Will never DM first: It has been a long and fulfilling journey for CropBytes and our players for the last 3 years. The expereince of building and growing a game over bull and bear cycles is something that a very few games have today. We had a vision to build a metaverse with an economy that helps and gives opportunity to gamers. One of our greatest milestones is that a working model of the game was available within 3 months of the launch. We are one of the few games to have lasted for so long and we have only gotten stronger over the years.
CropBytes Exchange is one of the biggest breakthroughs in gaming. Even modern games today use traditional list-style trading. It’s an outdated concept and lacks key features that are found in the new exchange.

Q6: Games really are a universal thing, they can bring us all together just with the joy they give us. So, I was wondering, is CropBytes a global game? Can anyone from anywhere in the world play CropBytes?
It caught my eye that CropBytes is described as a “Play AND Earn” and not “Play TO Earn”, so I was wondering, what is different from your revenue model to other blockchain games that are P2E? What advantages does a Play AND Earn game provide to users that P2E games can’t?
Sheryl | Will never DM first: CropBytes game right from the start has appealed to the global audience, anyone from around the world can play the game. We have audience from South America, vietnam, philippines, India and more. The concept of owning a farm on the metaverse, and one that is run just like the real world, who wouldn’t want to be a part?
We are a p2e game, but our metaverse is built on a sustainable economy, with CBX token at its center. Everyone in the metaverse, grows their farm, grows the economy, grows the CBX currency of the metaverse and grows their in-game crypto portfolio.
Q7: You say that Cropbytes has a “Balanced Economy”, but could you really explain what characteristics make your economy “balanced” and solid? and could it really hold up against any market downturn?
kev: The games balanced real-life economy is what sets it apart from all the crypto games in the market.
CropBytes has perfect mix of fungible and nonfungible tokens (NFTs) while most other games today are focused only on NFTs. This solves multiple issues around liquidity, ultimately contributing to the game’s growth and development.
CropBytes market has gone through multiple market cycles refining the economics and bringing stability.
Q8: CropBytes, which has been in the bitcoin gaming sector since 2018, has over 250000 players from all over the world. In light of this, why did you decide to introduce your token at the end of this year, in 2021? What took so long for your token to become available?

We started centralised so it could be easier for players to adopt the game. Since 2018, we had game coins in the game that was used as a currency. All our existing game players hold this coin. With the launch of CBX token tomorrow, all other currencies in the game will be disabled, and CBX will be the single utility token of the CropBytes game metaverse. All exisitng players who hold GC will now hold CBX and now on-chain.
