Fidira AMA Summary Recap with Shin Chan Community
We held a live AMA with CEO & Co-Founder, Fadi Sahely From Fidira on 18th October 6:00 PM (UTC+8). Here’s the recap for those who missed it.

Mika | Shin Chan: Good evening everyone, we are pleased to have CEO, Fadi from Fidira joining our AMA today
Before AMA start, can you introduce yourselves and the team background?
Fadi | Fidira: sure.
Fidira has put together a diverse team of dedicated business and crypto enthusiasts. With a long-proven track record of successful start-ups in crypto and retail business. We continue to bring in new team members that add value to the project.
My background is in property and communication sales. I have always run my own business and continue to do so.
Merv COO has over 20 years’ experience on global corporate business and has headed up some product global roll out for companies such as JLL and GE.
Anouk CTO is an IT Wizz and has been involved in the DLT space with a focus on complementary and alternative currencies since 2016.
Dom has over 25 years of Program and Project Management, including multimillion and multibillion dollar projects for NBN & Telstra, Software Deployments tracking trains in near real time & defence/commercial air traffic management systems.
Steve is a fully qualified Aeronautical Engineer and is licensed in both Australia and Europe, and has been involved with crypto services since 2017,
Lisa is our Graphics Designer, proficient in modern design tools such as Adobe Suites, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design for graphics, WordPress and other platforms and basic HTML, CSS for web design.
We have onboarded a group of high-profile crypto advisors such as DR Deeban from GD10 The boys from Latitude Josh and Corey. And off course Yoda from SafeLaunch, among others.
Mika | Shin Chan: Do u have any upcoming news or events that the community need to keep an eye on?
Fadi | Fidira: Yes our IDO is on 25th October. We will have the Fidira Staking ready to go.
We aim to have our digital gift cards ready for sale in December just in time for Christmas.
In our retail partners stores Q1 2022. Very exciting.

Q1. Every Fidira gift card will come with a free NFT.
But on looking at this,since every NFT have variable rarity and value,some will be getting a valuable free NFT,while some others are not.What is your solution to this?Will the Fidira Gift card be having different price points too?
Fadi | Fidira: Hi yes the NFT are selected randomly from the Fidira pool of NFT’s they will be of different values. Some will be rare collectables. It is a lucky dip. Also there will be different value cards available from our retail partners.
Q2. You mention we can get NFT from Fidira partner. So can you tell us more about the partners that Fidira is working with today? Why would you let your partners distribute the NFT instead of your own project? How will this benefit you and your partner?
Fadi | Fidira: Hi Lin, You will be able to purchase gift cards directly from Fidira.io as well as through our global digital and retail outlets. We have partnered with inComm one of the world’s largest distributors of gift cards with over 100,000 major retail brands around the world. We will be the first Crypto Gift card company selling cards from your corner store, and this combined with our NFT partners will enable these partners to reach a wide audience globally. Our NFT partners are the producers of the NFTs. Some of our NFT partners are ChainGuardians, Babylon, Unvest, Infinity Skies, Viking Chains, FOMO Chronicles, The Husl, SCV Finance, NFT Stars. Many more coming on board every week.

Q3. Fidira will provide users with multiple ways to spend their DeFi crypto earnings, and one of these forms will be through the Fidira Mastercard. So what are the different ways Fidira offers its users to spend their earnings? And what are the advantages of shopping at Fidira?
Fadi | Fidira: Thanks for the question. At Fidira we offer our users the ability to off ramp directly in a large selection of Fiat gift cards including clients such as Master Card, Visa and Apple. We will also be able to offer special partner deals with some of our retailers. For example, special discounts only available to Fidira clients.
Q4. Even though crypto is full of opportunities,there is no emphasis on making this easier for novice users with 10$ or 20$ in their portfolios.
So what tools does Fidira provides, for novice users out there,to make a start?
Fadi | Fidira: Thanks Arun. We will probably be launching with $100 gift cards as a minimum. As a lot of our users will be novices, we have set up a simple onboarding method. Once you buy your gift card you scan the QR code and this will download your Fidira wallet. From there it is a 2 step KYC. Firstly, you will scan your ID secondly take a selfie. Once you are registered you can start trading in crypto. We then have an education and step by step process for our users that want to start learning trading there NFT’s. We will guide them through the process of opening a web 3 wallet and all the benefits that Fidira offer.
Q5. Most solid projects with token utility and good infrastructure but perform poorly because investors dumped after listing on the first exchange. How do you prevent early investors from dumping your tokens?
Fadi | Fidira: Hi Rasid. We have a very tight vesting schedule which you can see on page 14 of this presentation.
Our initial market cap is only $170,100. Also we have been in a privileged position due to the demand we have had with Fidira to be very selective of our VC’s. This has ensured a high level of long-term investors

Q6. Fidira will in time provide users with multiple ways to spend their Defi crypto earnings. One of these Forms will be through an innovative DeFi-backed Fidira MasterCard. What are the different ways that Fidira will offer its users to spend their earnings?
Fadi | Fidira: Hi Jose We are working directly with MasterCard to enable users to spend fiat whilst holding Crypto.
As well as this you will have the ability to use crypto to buy other gift cards
Q7. can you detailed exactly how FIDIRA Gift Card will help new comers or they who still not in crypto, to make a good path and can explore crypto by those Gift Cards?
Fadi | Fidira: the simplicity of Fidira will allow a user to go directly to a retail store and buy a crypto gift card. Most new users are scared of who to trust when buying on line. Buy using a retail outlet they know they will have confidence in purchasing.
Once they have bought the card we offer a simple on boarding and trading platform.
Q8. Do you make NFT? What is the benefit to you? Does it make your project better?
Fadi | Fidira: Hi yes we will be making in house NFT with our design team as well as selecting from our great NFT partners.
We have set up a unique staking arrangment that allows Fidira holders to stake and get access to exclusive NFT’s from our partners.
Q9. Trust is very important in business, what makes investors, customers and users feel safe when working with your project ?
Fadi | Fidira: Trust is most important that is why we have partnered up with some of the most well known names in retail and also NFT parties
Q10. Can you tell me more details on the IDO? The schedule and contribution for each?
Fadi | Fidira: Hi AF. It is all in the Pitch deck
Q11. It caught my attention that Fidira is dedicated to making cryptocurrencies “fun for new users”, but how will they really make them more fun? simply by incorporating some gift cards? Or in addition to this, will they have events, raffles and a game that will make it more attractive?
Fadi | Fidira: Yes we see making Crypto fun and easy as a key aspect of getting and keeping users in the ecosystem. We have lots of new and inovative games and competition. Such as collectables, puzzles and ingame activations
Q12. FIDIRA IDO will be conducted on Chainboost, SafeLaunch and MoonEdge on 25th if October. Is there a whitelist where we can register? How much is the token allocation for this IDO? Have you thought about running a contest to award IDO whitelist spots to your community?
Fadi | Fidira: Ashi the token price on launch is 15c. The three launchpads are holding competitions to enable you to win a whitelist spot

Q13. Almost all of the defi project communities are only communities with English support but there are defi investors who don’t know English so do you plan to create local communities for your investors?
Fadi | Fidira: Yes we plan to have multiple language support over time. We have a strong team that recognises this need, and we will be working to make Fidira available to everyone with minimum language barriers
