Fulbo Galaxy AMA Summary Recap with Shin Chan Community
We held a live AMA with CMO, Kevin Van Dorp from Fulbo Galaxy on 27th September 09:00 PM(UTC+8). Here’s the recap for those who missed it.
JH | Shin Chan: Before the ama start, please Introduce yourself and your Fulbo Galaxy
Kevin Van: Sure. Hi everyone, I’m Kevin, CMO of Fulbo Galaxy.
A little background: as I just mentioned I previously worked at Woo Network. I also worked at MagicFew and helped big projects like Chiliz, Star Atlas, Animoca and many more with their marketing.
Met the guys behind Fulbo, and this is definitely a project where I’ll stick around for a very long time. The team is a lot of fun to work with! And it’s one of the most promising Play and Earn games I’ve ever encountered. So working as Fulbo’s CMO has been a blessing.
As to Fulbo Galaxy
I think it’s safe to say that Fulbo Galaxy is the wackiest play and earn game ever!
It’s a football game (soccer for the American participants here) with a simple and polished gameplay made for casual players. It has a distinct punk theme that satirically introduces well-known characters. The only players we won’t introduce are actual football players ;-)

Do you have any news from Fulbo Galaxy would like to share with us?
Kevin Van: definitely!
so we launched our latest demo yesterday!!
We’re still not on the blockchain, that will happen in 2 or 3 months depending on the market. But alrdy people can see what the game will look like. We have many new characters that you will be able to own as NFTs in the future. New football stadiums. In the future you can co-own them and earn a passive income on them. And a marketplace. This will be our NFT marketplace where you can buy and sell NFTs (players/stadiums/skins/equippable items)
It’s alrdy a lot of fun to play. so give it a try!

Q1: Every game has its own set of in-game items. Due to centralization, players currently do not own their items and do not have the liberty to send, receive, or exchange them. What is #FulboGalaxy game element strategy for gaining access and unlocking these features?
Kevin Van: Like all p2e will be on the blockchain. You will OWN the players/stadiums/equipable items/skins and be able to trade them on our very own NFT marketplace. So nothing new there. People will have their own wallet and have full custody over their in-game items as well.
I wish to emphasize though that we wish to differentiate from other P2Es by focusing on the fun part. Gaming is meant to be fun, so we prefer to say we’re a Play And Earn game, where earning ($FULBO tokens from winning Fulbo games + profits made on trading NFTs) is just a rly nice perk for playing one of the most fun and addictive games out there 😉
Q2: At the moment, all tokens go down in price even with great partnerships, hype, marketing, and working products, etc.
So, what the challenges do you have and the plan to make your project strong popular?
Are you see it as an opportunity while the current market decline?
Kevin Van: I think the biggest challenge is making our game mainstream. Crypto games gain popularity but are still niche! We have the product, we have game developers that have made games for Comedy Central, South Park, Lego, Disney. They know how to make games!!! But how do you get people outside crypto to make a wallet? That’s something the entire industry is still struggling with, and we’re still looking for a proper answer to that challenge. But we do have a full marketing plan to reach out to mainstream gamers.
We consider it as a “blessing” that we’re in a bear market. As a personal trader I also hate it ofc, but as developers we’re happy with the market as it is. It gives us so much more time to work on the product. And I hope it shows to our users as well :)
Q3: why we are not able to play this game with our friends? Can you tell me what are the reason for it?
And why there are no referral system sir?
Kevin Van: haha I saw this question with our previous ama as well but didn’t get the chance to answer it
so happy to do so here
you will be able to play with your friends when we launch our PvP mode. that will be done after we launch our storymode (PvE) on the blockchain. Reason is that it takes more time to create. But it will be the feature we all look forward to the most. We will host super awesome tournaments, making Fulbo a truly e-sports focused game.
We alrdy host tournaments now ofc, and many people alrdy won a lot of BUSD. But it’s more fun when it’s not a PvE based leaderboard but a truly PvP focused on. Anyway, we expect it to be live Q1 2023
Referral system will be implemented once we’re on the blockchain. You will earn % of the $FULBO earned by those you introduced to the game
Q4: Can NFT characters in Fulbo Galaxy be upgraded based on success in the game? Will players be able to increase the value of their characters and sell them for higher prices?
Kevin Van: yup! the more matches you win the more you level up your NFT players. We find it rly important that we’re not a pay to win game. So even with low cost NFTs you can create your own star team that can match any Galaxy NFT team.
NFT prices are based on supply and demand, but you can indeed sell them on our NFT marketplace
You can also upgrade your players’ stats with equipable items btw. And those too you can sell
Q5: Earning in the game is important, but with me that having fun while earning is also important. To what extent does
focus on the entertaining aspects of the game? What measures are in place to help make the game suitable for everyone, including non-crypto people?
Kevin Van: I sort of alrdy answered this question before. But our main goal is to make it fun. Our game developers are experienced in making fun games. Some of them even worked on The Sandbox. So our game will rly blow people’s minds. Our main challenge is to reach out to mainstream gamers and convince them to try out making a wallet. We know they’ll love the game, but they may not be tech-savy enough. So we’ll try and see how we can lower the hurdle to try out our game. For that reason, it’s important they alrdy try out our non-crypto demo. So they can see for themselves how much fun it is.
We alrdy have more mainstream gamers trying the demo out now btw. So let’s see how many we can retain once we’re on the blockchain

Q6: FulboGalaxy was created with the intention of combining casual gaming with the excitement of digital asset ownership and in-game economics. What are the fun features of FulboGalaxy? Why is FulboGalaxy not just another boring NFT game?
Kevin Van: What makes it so addictive is that games only take 2 minutes to play. The gameplay is very polished and the characters are wacky. The commentator also provides the additional funny comments. It’s just a perfect game to play when you’re waiting for the bus. Or in my case when I’m on the bathroom and I have a few minutes to spare haha!! But you can also ask our most hardcore community members, they sometimes play almost 24/7 when we have our tournaments. I’m sure they’ll have a lot more to say about what makes Fulbo so fun :D
Q7: In Roadmap Section, It is Mentioned that In Q3 2022 , You Will Launch the “Closed Beta for Windows / Mac / Android & iOS”

Kevin Van: We’re still in Q3 and you can alrdy play the demo.

Q8: How much is the capital/cost to play FulboGalaxy, do we have to buy 5 NFT and also your token?
Kevin Van: Low. Making it low cost to play the game is also one important way to make it accessible to the masses. You have to buy NFTs to start, and to do so you’ll need our native FULBO token:) We hope to answer how much the NFTs will cost very soon. We’re still in talks with our VCs as well. It’s all game theory. How do you create the perfect equilibrium. We’ve got mathematicians working on it as well, so you can rest assure that it will be done well.
Q9: Can you tell us the motivation and benefits for investors to hold $FULBO in a long term investment and What plans do you have to help drive demand and scarcity for the token?
Kevin Van: Long term reasons to hold it:
we’ll create additional utility (on top of trading NFTs/governance) we’ll also come with staking and other utilities.
Moreover, I mentioned this in our previous AMA but we’ll create a GameFi metaverse! Where your NFTs will also be used in our other Galaxy games. More about it later. But it will also increase demand for our tokens. \
Q10: Games are Played across the Globe,
Many Non- English Native Gamers also play these Games,
There may be some Issue in Understanding the Game if its not in their Local Language,
Have You thought & Planned to solve this problem?
Kevin Van: We have a global team. We have a global community. At first we’ll make it English only. But alrdy we have local TGs as well:
For our game, we’ll also offer more languages once we’re done with the global version. And I’m sure we can involve our community in that process as well
Q11: Do you allow suggestions and feedback from the community? Are we allowed in decision making, do you put community into consideration ?
Kevin Van: Yes, atm it’s still done in a very basic way. People complain, I hear it from our admins, I see what’s up and then communicate with our developers to fix the issue.
Sometimes we do events, for example we’ll do a contest soonish where community members can share ideas to improve the game. And as always we handsomely rewards participants and winners. Once we’re on the blockchain people can submit and vote on initiatives thereby making the decsion-making process decentralized as well. And more importantly, community-focused
But our community is leading
without a happy community we may as well close shop
Pretty sure our community is happy so far though :) we rly do listen to them. They may be impatient for us to be on the blockchain, but we want the game to be perfect for them
Q12: Which is the top priority of the team; attract partners and buckers; increase number of players: or maintain token and Nft values ?
Kevin Van: I don’t like thinking in trade-offs. Especially when we have the tools to accomplish what we want. But to answer your question honestly:
mass adoption. We have very strong funding so we don’t necessarily need VCs. Only when they can help us with onboarding new gamers do we enter an agreement.
If we have mass adoption, our token and NFT holders will also be indirectly rewarded as there will be more demand for our token and NFTs. so yes, increase number of players is prio #1
This is next to our highest priority of making the game fun to play ofc 😉 but alrdy mentioned that 10 times and I don’t want to sound like broken record
Q13: Is FulboGalaxy a suitable platform for new players to play? Do new players stand a chance against pro players?
Kevin Van: yes! it’s easy to play. Hard to master rly well. But as newbie you will start playing against easy computer players or in case of our PvP against players with same low scores (other beginners)
Q14: I want to support your project, Tell us more about the Ambassador Program and in what ways can we participate ?
Kevin Van: We’ll relaunch our ambassador program when we’re on the blockchain I think. So wait 2 or 3 more months :)

Q15: What is the main concept of Fulbo Galaxy? Why did you call it as the wackiest play-and-earn game ever? Can you give us more information about the Fulbo Galaxy Demo 3.0, what are the benefits and rewards we can get while trying it?
Kevin Van: Main concept is playing a wacky football game. Not comparable to the likes of Fifa and other mainstream football games.
It’s the wackiest due to the design style and humor :D

We will organize a bug bounty program (where you can win money) later today. Our devs will then fix all bugs of our new demo. In 3 weeks we’ll resume weekly tournaments where top 10 winners can earn money. 5 casual gamers also always get randomly picked and win $10. So even playing 1 fulbo game can pay off!
