Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: I am Harshad Wagh, Harmony Launcher Cofounder( $HARL),
With regards to my Education Background Have done my engineering in electronics major.
Started off as a software engineer in omnitech in 2014
Then held a position as a big data analytics developer in core logistics (2016–2018)
Alongside was amazed by the emerging blockchain tech acquired this skill and started freelancing as a blockchain dev in 2016
Then joined the block pool as a full-stack blockchain application developer in 2020. Was closely associated with top launchpads on solana both as an investor and as a tech contributor, felt the need for a strong infrastructural platform to give necessary exposure to projects building on harmony and harmony ecosystem itself so started off harmony Launcher 8 months back with my dynamic co-founders Ankit and Prashant.
While my crypto journey started along with my professional journey way back in 2014. and since then there’s no turning back. Getting into this scenario early surely has helped me in developing one of our most prized product harmony launcher.

While Ankit Co-founder HarmonyLauncher I started as an Engineer about few years ago. Have worked with numerous tech companies and got into blockchain & crypto in 2017, started my journey arbitraging crypto market by buying bitcoin and etherum in 2017 and then went on to really study software management systems , play to earn games ,various protocols and now i have 5 year experience in building blockchain products and have built a platform that helps people to build and launch crypto projects on our platform and I am really excited to have everyone be part of it.

Q1. I’m curious, why choose Harmony Blockchain as the center of development? Also, is there any guide or step-by-step process to stake $HARL? What are the benefits involved? What security measures are in place for stakers?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: So the main purpose was, Harmony Network which is one of the fastest and cheapest chain interoperable Network was lacking a dependable launchpad. Harmony Network has a tremendous potential and with EVM compatibility being the quickest scaling option on ethereum chain and interoperability, we have immense faith that harmony network is the giant dragon ready explode and make its presence felt amongst the leading blockchain platforms. As with Harmonylauncher we will act as catalyst in order to bring the best of the projects onto harmony network and incubate and provide all the help to the promising projects and apps thereby helping the harmony network grow as well.
Adding more to this As Harmony has evm compatibility and the fastest and cheapest ETH scaling option other projects can host onto harmony by just changing few lines of coding on solidity and get the project hosted onto harmony which we believe makes harmony the jack of all trades and the most preffered option to host the Dapps from all other popular chains including bitcoin, eth and binance smart chain.

We are fully audited by a reputable audit firm. our Smart contract has SUCCESSFULLY gone through manual code review, static code analysis and security checks against threats using sophisticated tools by a reputable audit company . Q2. Non-crypto user is very important for mainstream adoption. How you are planning to attract non-crypto users towards your HarmonyLauncher” project? Is there any upcoming partnership that will brings non-crypto user and real-use case?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: Interesting question.
Basically our aim to bring metaverse onto harmony chain. Metaverse is the medium than can attract non crypto and gamers community to blockchain and help them get familiar with crypto and blockchain networks.
Also we will be designing our UI UX in such a way that it will be easier for the regular folks to interact with our platform.

On our platform each user’s demand is catered right from gaming to staking to lottery to quizzes.

Q3. One of its benefits is Harmony Launcher’s unique KYC system, which ensures that all investors and fundraiser are scrutinized. How does this system work in this case, and what are the main factors to inspect before opening a transaction?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: We perform kyc and bring out the heavily vetted projects only.
We have allocations given with limit in place hence everyone will get a fair share of chance to apply and also the whitelisting and KYC is followed making difficullt for bots to get into the sale. Apart from this we have certain allocations for users who win competitions and quizZes. So we will take all measures for fair and equal launch. Also people holding certain uqique NFT Cards will be elegible for special allocations in the projects hosted on our pad. so we have gathered all options to chose for the users so that they get chance to invest in the projects.

Q4. What is HARMONYLAUNCHER’S revenue model? In which ways do you.Generate revenue/profit? So many projects just like to speak about the long term vision and mission” but what are your short terms.Objectives? What are you focusing right now?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: We are here to be the leader amongst the launchpad and being the only premium launchpad on harmony we have a humongous tash ahead of us for which we are pretty confident as we have the strongest base and also huge support from harmony and other leading tech investors as well as advisors.
What we will be offering is the best of both the worlds crypto metaverse and NFT joining with gaming. And to remain ahead of our competitors.

Q5. Can the Harmony Launcher community be involved in governance and choose future projects themselves? How will participants gain privileges in the selection of projects and decisions to be taken in governance?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: We will be supporting projects across all chains though our motto is to bring metaverse projects onto harmony network.

We are going to introduce DAO governance as we believe in complete decentralisation and also it’s one of our main aim this year to deploy this system.

Q6. The importance of a marketing strategy cannot be overstated. A product, no matter how good, can be established on the market without marketing and promotion. So, what do you have in mind for this? How will you establish strong ties with local communities?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: We always hearken the voice of our community. And in the world of blockchain we all are connected by nodes irrespective of boundaries launguage race or any other thing.
We do plan to organise seminars in many countries along the roadmap plans are active.

Regarding marketing:
There are going to be a host of events right from AMA’s to aggressive marketing over social media and traditional media outlets as well. And there are certain events organised in accordance with world blockchain forum that we are going to be a part of, more details will be revealed sooner. A lot of seminar and webinar are also on the cards whose details will be shared in the channel.

Apart from this we are soon going to have interactive quizzes on weekends and various prizes hoodies, momentis and other stuff to be won.

Q7. One of the biggest problems in crypto is ‘SCAM PROJECTS’. People are losing millions in these scams. Even audited Projects are scamming people. So, how will HarmonyLauncher analysis to ensure the project you bring to the user is legit and trustworthy?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: We have HARL Assurance system:
HARL Assurance leads to the system wherein we are launching only the highly vetted projects and right from incubation to development to deployment and marketing we provide assistance at each stage. While for HARL insurance we have put certain percentage from each project into our insurance protocol system which helps in case some unavoidable circumstances leads to failure of certain project. Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: As stated we believe in quality over quantity and our main aim is to act as catalyst to bring the projects onto harmony. This helps to bring only highly vetted projects onto our pad and thus maintaining the exclusivity. Also we are future proof hence the question of token price gets balanced due to our roadmaps in plan for the next 2 years. Q10. @HarmonyLauncher” is first IDO and IGO platform. . Many incubators focus solely on supporting other projects during their launch, but can incubators really support these new projects more? If so, can you tell us how Harmony Launcher will support new projects after IDO?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: While we primarily have great deal of partnership with industry leading investment firms, also set up incubation.

Under our incubation devision so far we have partnered with genesis shard, rebaked and hello capital ( early stage backers of polkadot and lit and numerous other projects) and have got them to setup 1.2 mil dollar fund collectively to incubate projects in their earliest stages.

Q11. In regards to the SafeSwap and LaunchPad services — one of the major flaws from uniswap (and ETH in general) are high gas fees, and sometimes stuck transactions due to network congestion. Does your solution aim to solve/alleviate these issue? What advantage of Harmony blockchain?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: Firstly let’s talk a little about EVM. Ethereum Virtual Machines have been successfully implemented in various programming languages including C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, and many others.
The EVM is essential to the Ethereum Protocol and is instrumental to the consensus engine of the Ethereum system. It allows anyone to execute code in a trustless ecosystem in which the outcome of an execution can be guaranteed and is fully deterministic (i.e.) executing smart contracts. The EVM achieves Turing Completeness by enabling an economy that charges per software instruction executed instead of per financial transaction executed like Bitcoin does. Instead of a transaction fee, you have a kind of fee for running programs.
EVM has been instrumental in the growth of Ethereum network and Harmony Network being the fastest (transactions are published within 2 seconds )and cheapest (1000 times less fees) amongst the competitors, any Ethereum wallets or portals can work on Harmony without code changes or new installs and are fully compatible for both transaction messages and execution environments. One can use the familiar and standard Web3 tooling to easily migrate to Harmony.
And regarding compatibility with other networks, Harmony network has Cross-Chain Interoperability and supports Eth, Bsc, Polka, Bitcoin bridging, Terra and many other upcoming chains. So we can be fully sure Harmony Network is future proof and so will be our Harmony Launcher. This played instrumental in selecting Harmony Network as our native chain for the IDO and incubator platform.

Q12. Many people want to learn about your project but they have problem with English, so do you plan to spread awareness about your project in different countries where English is not good? Do you have a Marketing strategy aimed at developing many different communities?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: Yes we are planning seminars webinars in each country and also our roadmap includes setting up incubation community in each leading nation hence we do are planning to reach out to non english ambassadors and influencers so that HAarmonyLauncher can help incubate wonderful prjects across all nations.

Q13. What is HarmonyLauncher target market, how many communities do you currently have,can you tell us if you have any plans to boost adoption globally or if the project is intended only for certain countries,either way,how will you reach the largest number of users you want to reach?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: With unique features of

Q15. What do you think about NFT’s what kind of NFT’s are you planning to create and what is the most special NFT you have right now?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: We do have plan to introduce NFT’s also use those cards to get special advantages while allocatoin in the projects. Alongwith Genesis Shards we introduced few nft cards which sold within 45 seconds.

Q16. According to the harmony luncher roadmap, what is your most important next priority?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: Next important goal to achieve is the DAO GOVERNANCE system as we beleive in Decentralisation and power to the community.

Q17. A custodian pact is said to preserve all funds raised by startups in a secure escrow account. What is the fund’s intent and how do the fund’s investors benefit from a dividend? Lastly, do we have to pay a premium if we have Harl Assurance? If so, how much is it?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: Regarding HARL Assurance premium that will be disclosed on launch day, while each step has been taken to keep funds of investors safe as we only would be launching heavily vetted KYC’d project. and incubation right from development to deployment one can fairly be assured that projects are the geniuine one’s only. we also have escrow account and also lockin period for the teams that launch project through our pad.

Q18. As this is multi chain project what will be the first blockchain that will you implement to bridge with your tokens?

Harshad | HarmonyLauncher: Mainly first blockchain we will be introducing would be on Harmony and also provide services for bringing other projects onto harmony chain. But focus is metaverse and gaming projects
