and more announcements are coming very soon on other ways to get involved in the public sale.

AMA Twitter Section Begin:

Q1 : You point out that before entering the arena you must first bet for the competition, but really, what chips do you mean bTCP? or can any other tokens be bet? And for them, should the wallet be linked or will these tokens be on the game platform?

Paul Lindsell : TCP is the main token used for all game wagers, you wager with it and you win in it.

bTCP is a bonus token, these can only be used in the game for wagers, you can not buy NFTs with bTCP and you can not trade it on DEX/CEX.

bTCP is single use token, it is matched 1:1 with TCP from Ecosystem reserves.

if you wager using bTCP, the winner will receive TCP

This helps us to give new users value for signing up, referring other players, but it helps keep the value in the ecosystem.

Lastly, we are also exploring the ability to allow players to wager ANY token in their wallet that is on layer 2 polygon, for example wETH or Matic.

We would convert at the point of wager into TCP for players.

Q2 : The Crypto Prophecies team last month announced their partnership with Polygon (Matic), can you tell us why they decided to go with this network and what additional benefits it brings to the game and to NFTs?

Paul Lindsell : Being on Polygon (previously Matic) gives us the ability to move 90% of the game onchain without costing the players to do so.

Polygon is so fast that it feels seamless in the user experience, and its is so cheap to transact that you hardly notice it.

It also means that we can give players the ability to play lower value wager games, and buy lower priced NFTs that are cheaper than a single transaction on ETH. This is echoed by the huge number of other games and dapps moving to Polygon.

Q3 : At the moment , where you are focusing right now ? building and developing product or getting customers and users, or partnerships ? Could you share it?

Paul Lindsell : Well ,there are so many things are happening, as you can’t launch a successful project by focusing on just one thing at a time…

Product development is a continuous process and we have long term visions for the product as well as a detailed 12 month road map. We don’t like to over plan, and prefer to remain agile so that we can react and change course if needed.

User acquisition is also a continuous process, so far we have over 130,000 users signed up with wallet addresses waiting to play the game.

But we’ve only just started!

Strategic Partnerships are also a continuous process and we have some great ones to announce VERY SOON that will expose our games to existing audiences and markets globally.

Q4 : How can I cast the spells? Can you describe what process I must follow to unleash the potential of my prophecy? What requirements must I follow to go head-to-head in the legendary Battle Arena to claim my place in history?

Paul Lindsell : All items are NFTs, and each item has a spell associated with it, here is a short video showing some of the NFT items available in the Nature Magic School:

You need to buy or find magic items in the game, to use spells. Magic Item NFTs also come in different rarities, common, uncommon, rare, epic and legendary, and are more powerful the the higher the rarity tier.

Using the magic item in the game is very easy, just press a button.

But choosing the right time to use it is the challenge and where the strategy is required.

Requirements of a battle are pretty simple for the first game mode.

We match players by wager amount, or we allow players to directly challenge other players for whatever wager size they wish.

There are then lots of ways to be recognised as the greatest prophet of all time such as leadersboards and ranking which will also pay out prizes and rewards.

Q5 : According to your roadmap in the future you plan to integrate team battles, could you explain to me how they will be carried out? Will it be 2 vs 2? And the teams will be able to connect through discord or skype to be able to communicate or is there any chat within the game?

Paul Lindsell : Team battles will be super fun and will come in various forms such as 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 where the winning team takes all the prize money.

We will also be releasing Battle Royal mode this year. Here 10 or so players enter the arena and each round, 2 will be knocked out.

At the end of the battle the winner takes all. Hunger Games but for Crypto Prophecies!

Our aim is to eventually live stream battle royal tournaments and allow viewers and other non players to wager on the outcome of the tournament, kind of like esports betting 🚀

Q6 : Can you customize the prophets with magical items to make them more rewarding? Can we create rare collections with customizations? Does this increase its value?♥️ Is a leaderboard created as a result of daily, weekly and monthly awards? Will there be additional rewards for the top leader?

Paul Lindsell : Customising your prophet makes them more powerful. Playing with your prophet makes it more rewarding — see the whitepaper about daily prize:

https://whitepaper.thecryptoprophecies.com/gameplay/daily-prize

There are ‘sets’ of NFTs to collect and use in battle, and we will be creating new generations of Prophets and items.

Q7 : I have been playing some Prediction games. But never heard anything about NFT prediction games. Can you please explain how can a user make a prediction on Prophecies and what will be the role of NFT in it?

Paul Lindsell : Once a player has chosen which Prophet they will send into battle and what associated wager they will place, the matching engine searches for a suitably skilled player with the same wager desire.

The battle will commence once an opponent is found or challenged and accepted.

Each battle consists of a set number of trading candlesticks (initially 10) which also defines the time frame of the battle. For example, if the battle was played on 10-second candles, and there were 10 candles in total, the game would last for 100 seconds.

The core gameplay involves trading candlestick pattern recognition. Players must predict the outcome of each trading candlestick, will it close up (green) or down (red).

If the player thinks the candle will close up (green), then the player places their prediction using the green up arrow button.

If the player thinks the candle will close down (red), then the player places their prediction using the red down arrow button.

The Battle Arena uses a points system, which includes the factor of time to make it more challenging.

Each candle starts with a maximum of 100 points available, as the candles time reduces, the available points for that candle reduces concurrently.

If a player gets the prediction wrong, they lose the equivalent number of points based on the time they made their prediction.

The winner of the battle is the player who scores the most points, this is not always the winner who predicts the most candles correctly.

The winner will be shown on screen at the end of the battle and will need to release their winnings from the smart contract.

Q8 : Right now issuing a token is a fairly simple process. However, building systems and ecosystems is the hardest part. My question is, how will the demand for tokens increase and how will this token be used in the ecosystem?

Paul Lindsell : We built our ecosystem first, with a token central to its mechanics.

Token is used for many things including:
- wager
- access to events
- buying NFTs
- upgrading NFTs
- Governance (phase 3)
- Tournaments
- User acquisition and rewards

And if you read about the Kingdom fee, you will see that we burn 1.5% of the platform volume DAILY. This happens on every single game that is played.

Q9 : Where can I download the game, will you publish it on Steam?

Paul Lindsell : For the immediate future it is a browser based game built in Web 3, Unity and React: https://www.thecryptoprophecies.com/

We are exploring a mobile app version later.

Q10 : What age of players on your target group for Crypto Prophecies game?

Paul Lindsell : +18 years… traders, gamers and degens.

Q11 : Will all in-game rewards be in $TCP tokens or will there be any battles where we can fight for BTC for example?

Paul Lindsell : TCP will be the core token to win, however there maybe events where players compete for NFTs and or sponsored prizes in other tokens or crypto.

Q12 : Does your project have features or benefits that make it competitive with peers? Why did you choose bTCP on Telegram to advertise your project instead of advertising on other social networks like Facebook, YouTube, Google,…?

Paul Lindsell : We are on many social platforms:

Twitter https://twitter.com/crypto_prophets
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thecryptoprophecies

Q13 : Currently most investors only care about profits at the moment but ignore the long-term benefits. So can you give them some reasons why they should buy and hold your token in the long term?

Paul Lindsell : We have a very good burning schedule 🤫

Q14 : How does your NFT work in the game? Do I need one to play? Where do I get one?‌‌

Paul Lindsell : You need an NFT prophet to play the game yes, they are available to buy directly in the game (while supply lasts) and will be available in the secondary market such as OpenSea.

Q15 :Where can we trade the NFT rewards we get in your gaming platform? Do you have plan to add more games in the future?

Paul Lindsell : OpenSea to trade is the plan. Other games yes, we are already been building https://www.botwars.com/ which is NFT trading game, due to launch in the summer 2021.

Q16 : How do you planning to solve the scaling problem And how do you overcome the threat of centralization?

Paul Lindsell : Polygon helps us solve scaling, it really is awesome!

Q17 : Many project only tells about their strengths. Can you tell us honestly about the weaknesses of The Crypto Prophecies, project now? And what are your plans to solve it?

Paul Lindsell : Wow! tough question!

Weakness of Crypto Prophecies is probably that there is no existing game model to follow. Everything we have done with Crypto Prophecies is bespoke in almost everyway.

It is a strength for sure, but also a potential weakness.Great question

Q18 :Too many projects disappear in this tough market conditions. How do you ensure the sustainability of $TCP ? What is the receipt of success?

Paul Lindsell : Build games and apps that delight people, that people want to play, characters that people want to collect. Build this around a great model, constructed by a great team.

Be open to getting things wrong, learning from players, then adapting fast.

Keep innovating, keep evolving, keep listening to players.

Q19 : While similar projects give you more utopian definitions of games, I wondered why you referred to your Games as “the cutest” games in the world?

Paul Lindsell : Our early customer research had everyone showing the same response… ‘wow this is so cute’…

We stuck with it.
