An Nguyen: Hello everyone. Glad to have the opportunity to meet and talk with everyone about the project here.
JH | Shin Chan: Before the ama start, please introduce yourself and brief some information about WidiLand
An Nguyen: I’d love to. Hello everyone behind the screen, my name is An Nguyen — representative of the great upcoming project named WidiLand. I myself have strong passion for video games and DeFi. This is definitely the reason why I’m crazy in love with GameFi which is the combine of them. Now, I’m here to share with you about an outstanding gamefi recently — WidiLand.
Widiland is a game that follows the traditional farm game motif combined with the pairing, cultiving & breeding mechanism for everyone to interact with each other.
JH | Shin Chan: Please share some information about your team, How big is your team right now?
An Nguyen: sure. Our total team has more than 50 people working very hard for the coming IDO and launching a great product to the community.
We are a group of people who are experts in diverse fields but with the same goal of making WidiLand the most enjoyable Defi Game ever!
JH | Shin Chan: Can you share more details about the $WIDI Token-omics.
An Nguyen: Let me introduce to you the main token of WidiLand:

JH | Shin Chan: Next, please share with us the development progress of WidiLand and its expansion plan in the coming time.
An Nguyen: WidiLand has long-ranging development plans stretching to 2024 and aiming to build DAO metaverse in 2024. We are in Quarter 3 of 2021. We have done a lot of things which can be seen on our roadmap. We are perfecting the website, we have done ~90% of the first version for chapter1, we have successfully raised funds, we are preparing for the IDO, NFT marketplace.
We are preparing for our official game launch Chapter 1 “Journey Begins”, which will be released within 2 months.
Our priority is still to focus on developing and improving our game and bringing the best experience among players. At the same time, we have planned and are implementing marketing activities, community events and IDO organization in November.
In December we will launch Beta test & open an Early Bird Sale for Limited Treasure Boxes. And also Chapter 1 “Journey Begins” will be officially launched in January 2022. For further information, you guys can check our roadmap on our website or whitepaper.

Could you share a bit about security and also what benefits you provide to incentives user’s choosing your platform?
An Nguyen: Security is the criterion that WidiLand focuses on. Smart Contract and the entire system have been audited by the current top Audit unit — Certik. Certik is the name behind a series of prominent projects such as Aave, Binance, Band protocol, Tellor, Tether, Sandbox, Swipe, Pancakeswap. WidiLand is completely secure and ensures that our Tokenomics & NFT Game will be thoroughly audited before launching to bring the best experience for players.

Q1: I understand that there are 6 different types of lands, could you give us more details about what are these different types of lands? Can the same things be built on all lands or do some lands have limitations?
An Nguyen: each land will have different characteristics and serves different purposes. Some lands will have different limitations, it is like you can not plant trees on mining lands.
Q2: What makes WidiLand different from other free-to-play farming games? As far as we know, Widiland’s theme has already been used in other games. What is WidiLand’s developer going to do in the future to ensure the game’s viability?
An Nguyen: As you can see in 2021, the boom of GameFi or NFT game came to an explosion with a huge amount of projects and most of them are in RPG-genre. We have so many different competitors, it’s hard to list them all. But, I can see almost all of them have the gameplay of fighting against each other between humans, demons, monsters, etc. We’re doing things differently compared to our competitors.
The differences of WidiLand center around the following criteria:
- WidiLand is an easy to play game, with friendly user interface.
- WidiLand promotes protecting environment, protecting natures mesages. We don’t promote violence , killing , shooting like many other games out there.
Q3: Your website states that your mission is “to find a new home for man kind.” What tactics are you planning to implement in order to reach this goal? What role will the community play in assisting you in accomplishing this goal?
An Nguyen: Community is very important to us. We can learn from them to develop our project. I believe that taking community feedback/request for consideration should be life time activities, not only the project creation. Since we are creating a product to end users, so end users’ feedback is very important for us to build a good product. We will conduct surveys, feedback AMA to get users’ responses of the game. We don’t target any specific “Ideal” customer, Our ideal customer can be any one who wants to play game and having fun entertainment with there friends, or just simple the one who wants release stresses after work.
Q4: Why did you choose the name WidiLand for the game? How was the WIDI Project, which is looking for life in space, born, what was the inspiration for this name and the story of the game?
An Nguyen: I came to the idea of creating WidiLand years ago. I saw that It has been a long time since I haven’t interacted with my friends, my beloved one, I can’t even remember the last time I and my best friends planted a tree, did gardening, etc. That’s why I wanted to create a game where everyone can interact with each other. Together we have fun growing trees, farming, cultivating, etc.
Q5: I read that your team’s priority is balancing player experience and rewards, so how do you plan to deliver this best balance? Do you think to implement various game modes with their respective oracle that can better manage the tokenomy in the rewards?
An Nguyen: yes, we do want to balance the two factors. Implement various game modes is one of the many ways we do to balace the 2 things. We don’t want users to play the game just because of rewards, we want people engage the game because of the game entertainment also.

Q6: In your opinion, is there a link between marketing and a good product? Which is more important between marketing and a good product?
An Nguyen: Personally I don’t think Marketing is the central element for a project. “Good product” is the thing. I strongly believe that Marketing is only a way to support a product ( in this case it is the game) to reach out to people out there. However marketing would be useless if it is a bad product, users will not return to use the product. On the other hand, if it is a good product, people will support it to do the marketing by “word of mouth”, it means that we would need to have easier effort for marketing, people will organically spread the “good product”.
Q7: Does WidiLand’s Smart Contract and The Entire System have been audited by the current top Auditor?

Q8: Most investors focus only on the short-term price rather than the real value of the project? Can you tell about the long-term benefits for investors in the project.?
An Nguyen: Right at the beginning of the project and through out the project development, we always emphasize on a long-term and sustainable business. We wouldn’t welcome investors who just hit and run and make quick benefit. We have a serious long term plan to develop the project, making more game modes, creating metaverse , etc. , so I do believe that the more the project runs, the more values it will make for the communities and we will all see a stable growth of the project.
Q9: 🍀What is the difference between $WIDI and $WSO Token? why Widiland needs two tokens in its ecosystem? what is the role of each token?
An Nguyen: Token $WIDI is the governance token with total supply $400,000,000. It is used for purchasing lands and characters on WIDI NFT on Marketplace, Staking to earn interest.
The second token of WidiLand used in the game for specific purposes, we have $WSO. It is used to upgrade characters and lands, Summon, Joining specific event in game.
